We are hiring a Junior Business Development Officer / Relationship Officer for one of our premium clients.

Position: Junior Business Development Officer
Location: Work From Home
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days

Key Requirements:

- UAE Banking experience is mandatory
• Experience in Business Development / Relationship Management within the banking sector
• Strong ability to acquire current customers and build long-term client relationships
• Experience promoting banking products such as:
Personal Loans
Credit Cards
Accounts & Deposits
SME Banking Products
• Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct customer meetings and understand their financial requirements




• Strong cross-selling and upselling skills
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
