Intern - Marketing Ops

The role
Own the plumbing of our marketing engine. HubSpot sits at the center, and you'll go deep on
how it works: how data feeds in, how it flows out, what's integrated, and what runs on
automation. You'll build new workflows and integrations, maintain the ones we have, and use AI
to do all of it faster. Plus the ops around deals, data, and hiring.
What you'll do
Learn our HubSpot setup end to end: the integrations, the data flowing in and out, the
automations, and the workflows we run.
Build new workflows and automations. Set up new integrations. Maintain and fix the
existing ones.
Keep the data clean and trustworthy across the systems it moves through.
Source and pull data. Build lists, find contacts, and organize what we need to reach the
right people.




Do quick research and pitch in on content and small projects when needed.
Use AI across all of it to move faster.
Who you are
You like systems. You want to understand how the whole thing connects, not just do one
task.
Comfortable with data, tools, and automation. HubSpot or CRM experience is a real
plus.
Organized, proactive, sharp on detail. You catch what others miss.
Fast and reliable. You can juggle without being chased.
Clear writer and communicator.
Fluent with AI tools, or quick to get there.
Nice to have
Any hands-on with HubSpot, Zapier/Make, spreadsheets, APIs, or no-code automation.
Interest in B2B, SaaS, or marketing ops.
