Sr. Business Analyst Banking Domain

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or related.
2. Worked with Automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
3. Worked with Visio, BPMN, or other Process mapping competencies.
4. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking domain.

Skills:

1. Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as MS Suite Excel, Power BI, Aha etc.
3. Excellent interpersonal communications skills: strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a transparent and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise.
4. Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project, and performance goals.
5. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined or structured.
6. Strategic and analytical thinker, able to move seamlessly from high-level concepts to details and solutions without much guidance.
7. Project Management Stakeholder Management

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with internal and external stakeholders by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation. Also,



confirm current metrics by baselining the process and compare them with projected future state metrics.
2. Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail for the purpose of RPA deployment.
3. Participate in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes to configure RPA solutions.
4. Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize processes for RPA implementation.
5. Be able to quickly recognize waste, opportunities for improvement, and quantify both as a metric.
6. Deploy a multi-disciplinary approach (i.e., machine learning, Gen AI tools, business analytics, etc.) to solving business challenges.
7. Contribute to building a repository of tools, playbooks, and best practices.
8. Requires inimal supervision on medium to large scale projects.
9. Be an advocate for process improvement and process automation.
10. Open to work from client location(Mumbai) and AA office.

Open to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of month.

Note:

1. Candidate with the banking domain experience domain preferred
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The primary objective is to get a detail understanding on the process to write user stories, Process diagrams, SIPOCs etc.
3. Working as per banking holiday calendar in Office ( No WFH ). Alternate Saturdays working
4. 4+ years experience.
5. Good to have background on RPA projects
