AC Brothers require HR - Manager its New units In Amroha with below KRAs

- Strong experience in HR Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, CLRA, Labour Laws, audits & inspections
- Experience in Manufacturing prefer in Handicraft
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to handle compliance-related matters independently
- Responsible for establishing, managing, and strengthening the organizations payroll and statutory compliance framework
- Lead entire payroll function and compliant processing of employee compensation, maintaining robust payroll controls and records
- Solid knowledge of SEDEX/SA-8000/ICS/WRAP audit
- Experience in Brand audit like Next/Zara/H&M;/WSI Etc
- Good Knowledge of Liaison
