- Operate manual production machines as per work instructions and production plan.
- Manufacture products as per required quality and production standards.
- Perform in-process quality checks and ensure defect-free output.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning, inspection, and first-level maintenance.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Take corrective actions for minor process issues and support maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records and follow 5S, safety, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing/production operations preferred.
- Basic machine handling and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Valuable safety, quality, and teamwork mindset.
