About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure & System Administrator who can independently manage and take ownership of the organizations IT infrastructure, systems, networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365 environment, security, and day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues while ensuring secure, stable, and reliable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, laptops, desktops, and other IT systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and user access.
- Handle user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, access management, device enrollment, and security policies.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and network connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain Windows Servers, file servers, storage, backups, restore processes, and disaster recovery.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, patching, system updates, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware,



operating system, application, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, infrastructure documentation, SOPs, configurations, and support records.
- Coordinate with internet, hardware, software, cloud, security, and other IT vendors for support and issue resolution.
- Handle IT incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure proper data backup, access control, security, and business continuity practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT resources and help improve internal IT processes.
- Support IT infrastructure requirements for new employees, office expansion, hardware deployment, and system upgrades.

- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure & System Administration
- Windows Server and Desktop Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Microsoft Intune & Entra ID/Azure AD
- Networking: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, Wi-Fi
- Server, Backup & Restore Management
- Endpoint Security / Antivirus / EDR
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- User & Access Management
- IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Incident Management & Root-Cause Analysis

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft / Azure / CCNA / CompTIA or other relevant infrastructure certifications will be an advantage.

A senior, hands-on IT professional who can independently take ownership of infrastructure, troubleshoot critical issues, manage vendors, guide junior resources, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
