- We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Technical Writers to join our team in drafting persuasive Letters of Recommendation/Letters of Appreciation, Economic Impact Analyses/Benefits, Proposed Endeavor Statements/Personal Statements that align with USCIS adjudication standards to the USA that are crucial supporting documents for EB1A Petitions
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English language skills, strong research and writing capabilities, and a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication is essential, as this role requires collaborating with team members and clients to ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials
- This is a remote position, requiring excellent time management and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines

Responsibilities

- Draft persuasive Letters of Recommendation/Appreciation, and Economic Impact Analyses/Benefits to the USA that are crucial supporting documents for the EB1A Petitions.
- Draft professional and detailed Proposed Endeavor Statements/Personal Statements that align with USCIS adjudication standards.
- Analyze complex client profiles, including credentials, professional achievements, and industry impact, to develop compelling, fact-driven narratives.
- Incorporate data, economic insights,



and regulatory references to strengthen case arguments.
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and persuasive legal presentation.

Requirements

- Exceptional English language skills, strong research and writing capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication is essential for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Excellent time management and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Working Time: 7 PM - 3 AM (BST).
- Employment Type: Full time (5 days per week).
