Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a domestic banking customer support process in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in Email Support, Chat Support, or Non-Voice Customer Service, along with strong written communication skills in English and Hindi.

The role involves assisting customers with banking-related queries, service requests, and account-related concerns while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Email and Chat Support.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional written communication in English and Hindi.
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.




- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow banking process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Non-Voice, Email Support, or Chat Support.
- Hindi is mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Note:- Candidates who are fluent in Hindi are highly preferred.
