Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise on payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to employee data management, reporting discrepancies, and system errors.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on SAP HCM implementation and support.
- Solid understanding of UK-specific regulations regarding employment law (e.g., National Minimum Wage Act) and taxation (e.g., Income Tax).
- Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules including Payroll (UK), Benefits Administration (UK), Time Management (UK).
- Experience working with large datasets and ability to analyze complex problems.
