Genpact Inviting Applications for Banking Commercial Lending roles-

Jaipur(Work from office)

In this role, you will be responsible for working on commercial lending deals for an Australian bank in a newly transitioned process. You will function as an expert for a business lending loan and collaborate closely with clients and ensure correct processing of the loan request and first-time right response to the end customer

Responsibilities

- Analyze and evaluate commercial leases and loan agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial viability.

- Partner with clients to assess financing needs and deliver tailored leasing and lending solutions.

- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential lending and leasing opportunities.

- Support negotiation of terms and conditions for lease and loan transactions to secure favorable outcomes.

- Track and monitor market trends, regulatory updates,



and industry benchmarks to inform decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of leasing and lending transactions.

- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to support senior management and client presentations.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

- University Graduates(B.Com./BBA)

Preferred qualifications

- Prior experience in Banking industry will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of financial Skills
