- Monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, and outbound activities.
- Use WMS and analytical tools to track operational performance and improve efficiency.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and identify delays, errors, and process gaps.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and KPI dashboards covering inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, TAT, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and data visibility.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and support teams in resolving day-to-day issues.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Support Lean and Six Sigma projects focused on process improvement and cost reduction.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the relevant stakeholders and support timely resolution.
