Job Description:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Life Insurance business through the AXIS Bank channel.

Department: Banca Channel

Designation: Relationship manager

CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA

Location: Gurugram, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Generate life insurance business through the assigned channel.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and provide quality service.
- Maintain strong relationships with AU Bank stakeholders and customers.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance / Insurance Sales / Bancassurance will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.
