Job Overview & Key Responsibilities
• Role: Semi-Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)
• Core Function: Handle customer support through a blend of chat and verbal communication
• Merchant Coordination: Coordinate with merchants to resolve queries, follow up on pending issues, and ensure smooth service delivery
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional language is a major plus)

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate candidates are welcome
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced professionals can apply
