Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment management, leadership hiring, and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of market mapping techniques to identify key players in the market.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to inform decision-making.
