Position: Senior System Administrator

Experience: 4 To 8 Years

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore.

Your Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 To 8 years of experience in system administration, server management, and IT infrastructure support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and system security.
- Good knowledge of firewalls, patch management, monitoring tools, virtualization, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and user-support skills with the ability to manage critical IT systems independently.

Your Task:

- Manage, configure, monitor, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and critical IT systems to ensure high availability and reliable business operations.
- Implement server security, patching, firewall controls, access management, and vulnerability mitigation to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery activities,



regularly monitor backup status, and support recovery during system failures or other disruptions.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and resource utilization; identify bottlenecks and implement performance and capacity optimization measures.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain system documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
