About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop new clients, manage key accounts, and lead the sales team in the waste management/environmental services sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through market research, networking, site visits, tenders, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations.




- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate with clients and effectively close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and sales reports in CRM/reporting systems.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant B2B/B2C sales experience.
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- Experience in Waste Management / Environmental Services or related industries preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
