- Manage and maintain the companys social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of daily/weekly content.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, Marketing, HR, and other departments for content requirements.
- Write engaging captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
- Support the promotion of company products, services, events, achievements, employee activities, and corporate updates.
- Coordinate for photos, videos,



reels, creatives, and other digital content required for social media.
- Ensure all published content follows company branding and communication guidelines.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools is preferred.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate recent content ideas.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of pharma/healthcare industry social media content will be an added advantage.
