Job Summary

CULT Store is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell fitness equipment, accessories, and wellness products. The ideal candidate will understand customers fitness needs, recommend suitable products, achieve sales targets, and provide an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their fitness requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranties, and usage.
- Recommend suitable equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, cross-trainers, rowers, strength equipment, weights, and massagers.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer questions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads through store visits, calls, follow-ups, and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Coordinate with inventory, delivery, installation, and customer-support teams.
- Keep the showroom and product displays clean and well organized.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions,



and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in retail, fitness, consumer durables, or equipment sales.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and strong sales orientation.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment is preferred.
- Ability to explain technical product information in simple language.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer and billing-system knowledge.
- Willingness to work weekends and retail shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling treadmills, bikes, strength-training equipment, or gym accessories.
- Interest in fitness, sports, or wellness.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and generate repeat business
