Role & responsibilities

* Perform data entry of all material inward and outward transactions in ERP/software systems.

* Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, stock transfers, and inventory movements.

* Coordinate with stores, warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for document verification.

* Prepare and update reports related to stock, dispatches, and inventory.

* Verify delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documents.

* Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of stores documentation.

* Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.

* Monitor inventory data and report discrepancies to the concerned authority.

* Support day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities as required.

* Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control processes.

Preferred candidate profile





* 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holder in any discipline.

* Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and data entry software.

* Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work on the stores floor and interact with warehouse personnel.

* Knowledge of inventory management processes will be an added advantage.

Experience:

* 1-3 years of experience in Data Entry, Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, or Inventory Management.

* Candidates who have worked in Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions will be given preference.
