ABOUT THE CRAFTURE

The Crafture is a Gurgaon-based bespoke furniture studio specialising in handcrafted solid-wood, cane and upholstered furniture for premium residences, villas and hospitality projects. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator who can bring our products, craftsmanship and brand story to life across social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Shoot high-quality reels, product videos, photographs and behind-the-scenes content at our Gurgaon factory and project sites.
- Conceptualise reel ideas, scripts, hooks, captions and content series.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar applications.
- Create visually consistent posts, stories, carousels and reel covers using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Capture furniture-making processes, artisan stories, product details, factory activities and completed installations.
- Present products naturally and aesthetically without making the content appear overly staged.
- Follow current social media trends and adapt them to The Craftures premium, design-led brand identity.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams and founders for shoots and content requirements.
- Organise and maintain a structured library of photographs, videos and raw footage.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong sense of aesthetics, framing, lighting and visual storytelling.
- Experience shooting and editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, formats and algorithms.
- Strong written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Comfortable working independently and appearing on camera when required.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet content deadlines.
- Interest in furniture, interiors, architecture or luxury lifestyle content is preferred.
