- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries related to banking services.
- Process transactions, answer questions about products and services, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers and adhere to company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on voice process, email process, sales process, domestic process.
Salary - 30 K (Net take Home)
