Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for large-scale institutional, commercial, and campus development projects in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for developing master schedules, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely project delivery through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project master schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, catch-up plans, recovery schedules, and look-ahead programs.
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify schedule variances.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend mitigation strategies for project delays.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and progress presentations for management and clients.
- Track manpower,



equipment, material deployment, and productivity metrics.
- Establish project control systems, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Assess project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Support tender planning, resource loading, and cost-time integration activities.
- Review contractor schedules, progress reports, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and project controls for large construction projects.
- Experience in institutional, campus, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
- Robust expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Knowledge of EPC contracts, project execution methodologies, and construction sequencing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously.
