Job Summary

The Production Planner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hardware and collateral end to end management including quotation request, PO placement, schedule monitoring/escalation, invoice scrutiny, and inventory status review. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning and methodologies, as well as experience in managing complex tasks.

Responsibilities

- PO placement for OSAT and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting
- PO placement for hardware and collateral, and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting
- Payment facilitation
- Shipment reconciliation with suppliers and logistics management
- Assets monitoring and management
- Data reconciliation and analysis for production
- Transaction reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field




- 5+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production or supplier management
- Experience in managing multi-function tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google workspace and project management software
- Fluent in Chinese and located in Taiwan
