Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will support
end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring
process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in offer coordination and joining formalities.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining hiring turnaround time.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Good follow-up and candidate management skills.
Eligibility
Any graduate with an interest in HR/Recruitment.
3 months to 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
Candidates with relevant HR/Recruitment internship experience are also eligible.
Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong communication skills may be considered.
