- FMW/SOA/WebLogic (12c, 14c) administration, including install, configuration, patching, deployment, and upgrade in a clustered environment
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation
- Robust communication skills

- 12c to 14c upgrade experience
- RAC back-end
- Scripting (Shell, WLST)
- JVM tuning
- SSL/TLS certificate management
- Ability to effectively work with Oracle Support
