- Independently handle NPD and Manufacturing Engineering activities.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Line Balancing, Line Layout & Time Motion Study.
- Line setup for new/existing projects with focus on low-cost manufacturing.
- Productivity improvement, manpower reduction, VAVE & process improvement.
- Team handling, motivation, retention and departmental activity monitoring.
- Customer coordination and timely project execution.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal, welding, fabrication & heavy press shop.
- Good exposure to tools, dies and fixtures.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record in independently handling current product development/manufacturing projects.
