AJIO Catalog Operations & Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an AJIO Catalog Operations & Sales Executive to manage product listings, catalog operations, sales growth, inventory, pricing, promotions, payments, and reconciliation on the AJIO marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end AJIO product listing and catalog operations.
- Create/update product titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, images, pricing, discounts, and inventory.
- Track current styles/SKUs from upload and QC to successful go-live.
- Resolve catalog rejections, listing errors, mapping issues, and platform-related issues.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze top-selling, slow-moving, and non-performing styles/SKUs.
- Manage pricing, discounts, promotions, and AJIO campaign participation.




- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate replenishment to minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Track returns, cancellations, and RTOs and identify corrective actions.
- Monitor AJIO payments, settlements, and disbursements.
- Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, fees, taxes, deductions, and net payouts.
- Identify and follow up on pending payments, incorrect deductions, and settlement discrepancies.
- Raise and follow up on AJIO support tickets until issue closure.
- Prepare sales, catalog, inventory, payment, and performance MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, AJIO support, warehouse, and Accounts/Finance teams.
