Role & responsibilities-

- Implement, configure, and manage CipherTrust Transparent Encryption (CTE) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Administer and maintain CipherTrust Manager (CTM), ensuring secure encryption policy and key management.
- Configure and monitor encryption policies for application and database servers running on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Analyze Syslog events, denied logs, and encryption alerts to identify and resolve security issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for encryption-related incidents and agent communication issues.
- Manage encryption key lifecycle activities, including key generation, rotation, backup, and recovery for cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Salesforce.
- Lead migration and upgrade activities, including DSM to CTM migrations, ensuring minimal business impact.




- Identify security gaps and implement remediation measures to strengthen data protection and compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, and security teams to ensure seamless encryption deployment and support.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory services on encryption best practices, data protection strategies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and other security frameworks.
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, and security recommendations for stakeholders.
- Optimize encryption infrastructure by managing agent lifecycle, decommissioning obsolete systems, and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise encryption environments.
