- Lead annual business negotiations, commercials, visibility and growth plans.
- Drive platform-specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Ensure achievement of platform-wise business targets.
D. Quick Commerce Growth
- Develop strategies for rapid growth across 1030 minute delivery platforms.
- Manage assortment, pricing, availability and visibility across dark stores.
- Improve store-level availability and reduce OOS.
- Identify high-potential cities, micro-markets and dark-store clusters.
- Develop city-wise expansion plans.
- Drive new product launches through Quick Commerce platforms.
E. Category & Assortment Management
- Develop the right product assortment for each platform.
- Identify hero SKUs, high-growth SKUs and long-tail products.
- Drive new product launches and category expansion.
- Analyze SKU-level sales, margins and inventory.
- Rationalize low-performing SKUs.
F. Digital Trade Marketing
- Develop and execute digital promotional calendars.
- Manage platform advertising, sponsored listings, banners and visibility campaigns.
- Optimize digital marketing spends and ROAS.
- Plan events around major online sales occasions.
- Work closely with Brand/Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

- Develop dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly E-commerce performance.
