Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and drive-oriented Agency Manager to join our Variable Channel team at Policybazaar (PB Partners). In this role, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and managing a robust network of insurance leaders and advisors to drive sales growth across key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Leader Network Expansion: Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance leaders and advisors.
- Network Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships within your leaders network to consistently drive business growth.
- Sales & Performance: Drive field sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Advisor Support: Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and pipeline closure.
- Field Leadership: Conduct regular field visits, team meetings, and performance review sessions.
- Market Penetration:



Identify current business opportunities and expand agency coverage across target locations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: 12th/Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: Proven track record in the Life Insurance Agency / Variable Channel.
- Mandatory Skill: Prior experience in building and handling a Leaders Network is strictly required.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
- Work Style: High target orientation and comfortable with extensive field visits.
