Role & responsibilities

- Conduct quality testing & analysis of oils and finished products.
- Inspect raw materials, products, packing materials & tankers.
- Perform revalidation testing and maintain test records.
- Identify and investigate quality issues & non-conformances.
- Support customer complaints, CAPA & corrective actions.
- Prepare COA, labels, inspection reports & quality documents.
- Support ISO/QMS activities and maintain quality records.
- Ensure laboratory 5S & housekeeping.
- Coordinate with departments for quality-related issues.
