Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented Technical Trainer to train engineering students for
campus placements. The trainer will be responsible for strengthening students' programming, problem-solving,
technical fundamentals, coding, and interview readiness based on current industry and recruitment
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging technical training for engineering students.
Train students in Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, Databases,
SQL, and Computer Science fundamentals, as applicable.
¢ Develop students' coding, debugging, logical problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills.
¢ Provide hands-on coding practice through placement-oriented problems and assessments.
¢ Prepare students for online coding tests, technical assessments, and company-specific recruitment patterns.
¢ Conduct coding contests, mock assessments, technical quizzes, and problem-solving sessions.
¢ Train students to analyze problems, develop efficient solutions, and optimize code.
¢ Conduct technical mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
¢ Help students improve their ability to explain technical concepts, projects, and coding solutions during
interviews.




¢ Assess student performance and provide targeted guidance and remedial training.
¢ Create/adapt coding exercises, question banks, assignments, and mock tests.
¢ Keep training content aligned with current industry technologies, hiring trends, and campus recruitment
requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
¢ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering,
Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
¢ 25 years of experience in Technical Training / Software Development / Coding / Campus Recruitment
Training.
¢ Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
¢ Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem solving.
¢ Good knowledge of OOP/DBMS/SQL, and other relevant technical fundamentals.
¢ Relevant industry certifications or technical certifications are an advantage.
¢ Experience with online coding platforms and technical assessment tools.
¢ Exposure to product-based and service-based company recruitment processes.
¢ Experience conducting technical interviews, coding assessments, or developer hiring is highly desirable.
