Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented leader with expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), fundraising, and strategic partnerships to drive large-scale skills, livelihood, and entrepreneurship initiatives across India. The role involves conceptualising, planning, and executing impactful CSR programs while building and managing long-term partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure CSR funds from corporates, foundations, and philanthropic organisations.
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with industry partners, donors, and government agencies.
- Draft and present compelling project proposals and partnership agreements.
- Ensure alignment of fundraising strategies with organisational goals and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

CSR Program Design & Execution

- Conceptualise and lead the implementation of pan-India CSR projects focused on skill development, digital empowerment, and social entrepreneurship.
- Ensure smooth program delivery through effective project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Drive initiatives for women's empowerment, youth entrepreneurship, and inclusion of differently-abled individuals.

3. Operations & Financial Oversight

- Manage end-to-end operations for multi-stakeholder projects.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and fund utilisation as per donor guidelines.
- Collaborate with the finance team for timely audits, reporting, and compliance.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

- Design impact measurement frameworks and success indicators.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for donors and stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings with partners to evaluate program effectiveness.

5. Stakeholder & Volunteer Engagement

- Lead structured volunteer engagement programs with corporate employees and community members.
- Facilitate capacity-building workshops on gender equality, life skills, and leadership.
- Create impactful communication and branding strategies in collaboration with the communications team.

6. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of program managers, trainers, and mobilizers across regions.
- Drive high performance and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
