Research & Development

- Conduct research and development activities as per project requirements.
- Develop new products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Perform laboratory trials and pilot-scale studies.
- Optimize existing products and processes for improved efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate raw materials and alternative sources.

Documentation

- Prepare and maintain R&D; reports, protocols, and records.
- Prepare product development reports and technical documents.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and trial records.
- Support preparation of SOPs, specifications, and validation documents.

Testing & Analysis

- Coordinate with QC department for analytical testing.
- Analyze test results and prepare conclusions.
- Investigate product and process-related issues.
- Support troubleshooting during manufacturing.

Technology Transfer

- Assist in scale-up activities from laboratory to production.
- Coordinate technology transfer activities with Production and QA departments.
- Provide technical support during commercial manufacturing.

Compliance & Safety

- Follow GMP, GLP, and company safety requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and samples.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.




- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- B.Pharm./M.Pharm.
- B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
- Or equivalent qualification

Experience

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Process Development.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of product development and process optimization.
- Good laboratory practices and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of GMP/ISO requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
