Mandatory Requirement:
- Prior experience in BPO Hiring/Recruitment
- Should have experience in recruitment for Entry level to lateral level hiring in BPO
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle such as Sourcing, Screening , Short listing, Arranging Interviews, onboarding etc
Focusing on daily Line ups, Selects and Joiners
Maintaining daily and monthly updates
