Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Soft Skills / Employability / Verbal Ability Trainer to train
engineering students for campus placements. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' English
communication, verbal ability, vocabulary, comprehension, professional communication, interview skills,
workplace readiness, and employability skills.
The ideal candidate should be able to build students' confidence and communication skills while preparing
them for placement assessments, group discussions, interviews, presentations, and workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging Verbal Ability, Soft Skills, and Employability training for engineering
students.
Train students in Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Sentence Correction,
and Communication Skills.
¢ Prepare students for verbal ability and English-language sections of placement assessments.
¢ Develop students' spoken English, fluency, pronunciation, articulation, and confidence.
¢ Conduct activities for Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, presentations, and workplace
communication.




¢ Train students in professional etiquette, email communication, resume/interview communication, and
corporate readiness.
¢ Conduct regular assessments, mock interviews, GDs, presentations, and communication exercises.
¢ Identify individual areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.
¢ Create/adapt practice materials, quizzes, worksheets, and mock assessments.
¢ Help students overcome communication barriers and improve their overall placement readiness.
¢ Develop students' employability skills, qualified behaviour, and workplace communication readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
¢ Master's degree in English, Communication, Humanities, Education, or a related field.
¢ 25 years of experience in Soft Skills / Verbal Ability / Communication / Campus Recruitment Training.
¢ Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and verbal ability.
¢ Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
¢ Ability to train students at different levels of English proficiency.
¢ Experience in GD, PI, presentation, and corporate communication training.
