We are hiring for a Customer Success & Support Lead Finance Domain with 5+ years of experience for our team in Harihar, Karnataka.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in Customer Success/Support and team management.
- Robust knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes such as Invoicing, AP, AR, Payments, Reconciliation, P2P, O2C, or R2R.
- Experience working with customers and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
- Interest in working on a finance-related software product, particularly an invoicing/billing product.
- Willingness to work from office in Harihar, 5 days a week.
