Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using company products/services.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices.

- Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing plans, and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telemarketing industry.

- Graduate degree (B.A - Bachelor of Arts or equivalent) from a recognized university.

- Robust understanding of inside sales principles, lead generation techniques, and telecalling strategies.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
