We are hiring for Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Architect.

Position Summary -
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Architect to lead architecture, administration, security, optimisation, and operational reliability across hybrid IT infrastructure. The role will act as the primary Technical SME for Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, datacenter infrastructure, virtualization, Citrix, storage, backup, disaster recovery, enterprise databases, automation, and emerging AI platforms supporting global healthcare RCM operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, datacenter, virtualization, Citrix, storage, backup, and database platforms.
- Own cloud architecture, landing zones, governance, networking, security baselines, monitoring, cost optimisation, and migration or modernization initiatives.
- Administer and optimise enterprise platforms including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Conditional Access.
- Design and manage cloud and hybrid database platforms including SQL Server, Azure SQL MI, PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, backup, replication, failover, and DR strategies.
- Lead infrastructure security, hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, audit support, incident response, and compliance readiness for healthcare and regulated environments.
- Drive automation using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and reusable Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks.
- Implement and manage observability, alerting, performance analytics,



capacity planning, availability management, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions.
- Act as Level-3/Level-4 escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud issues, while mentoring engineers and improving operational standards.
- Lead infrastructure projects, vendor evaluations, technology lifecycle planning, architecture reviews, documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and disaster recovery testing.
- Support AI-ready infrastructure and operations for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI agents, knowledge management, intelligent search, RAG, vector databases, and AI governance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud operations, preferably in healthcare, healthcare IT, healthcare BPO, RCM, or other regulated industries.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience and 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, virtualization, Citrix, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and database platforms.
- Proven ability to combine architecture, hands-on administration, operations ownership, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination.

- ITIL Foundation; ISO 27K, ISO 20K lead auditor

Compliance & Domain Exposure
Preferred exposure to HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, healthcare regulatory requirements, and secure operations for healthcare RCM, medical billing, coding, claims processing, IT operations, service desk, and enterprise productivity environments.
