We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Manager – L2
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager (L2) to lead multiple sales teams, drive large-scale B2C sales initiatives, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and L1 Managers
• Drive regional sales performance and revenue targets
• Plan and execute large-scale sales strategies
• Monitor lead generation, funnel conversion and closures
• Track sales performance and provide strategic inputs
• Identify growth opportunities and scale operations across territories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years of overall Sales experience
• Mandatory experience in the Ed-Tech industry
• 2–4 years of experience managing multiple sales teams
• Experience managing Managers and Associates
• Robust leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory
• English and Hindi – Mandatory
