Customer Support / Calling Executives
We are hiring 2 Calling / Customer Support Executives – 1 Male & 1 Female for Maxima Solutions, Hyderabad.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Voice Process, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience in handling customer calls, understanding requirements, resolving queries, and maintaining professional conversations.
Should be confident, polite, patient, and comfortable handling high-volume calls.
Good active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems is preferred.
Candidates should have a professional attitude and good command of English.
