Job Summary:
We are looking for an L1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, printer, and basic network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop/laptop hardware & software troubleshooting
- Windows installation, configuration & support
- Printer and peripheral support
- Basic LAN, Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting
- User support and ticket handling
- IT asset management and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
Requirements:
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware and basic networking
- Positive communication and troubleshooting skills
- Onsite support experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
