To effectively teach Science to Primary Grade students (I–V), ensuring solid conceptual understanding, practical exposure, and development of scientific thinking skills in a structured and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Academic Planning & Teaching

- Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines.
- Deliver engaging and activity-based Science lessons.
- Use teaching aids such as models, charts, PPTs, and demonstrations.
- Integrate real-life examples to enhance conceptual clarity.
- Maintain academic pace as per yearly and monthly planners.

2. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring

- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluate answer scripts.
- Maintain assessment records and student progress reports.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.




- Communicate student progress to parents during PTMs.

3. Classroom Management

- Maintain discipline and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Ensure safety during experiments and practical activities.
- Encourage curiosity, participation, and teamwork among students.
- Manage classroom resources effectively.

4. Co-Curricular & School Responsibilities

- Organize and participate in Science exhibitions and events.
- Support school activities, assemblies, and competitions.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Assist in demo classes during admission process if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
