Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS): Deep expertise in AEMaaCS platform architecture including cloud-native design patterns, migration from AEM on-premise/AMS, advanced Cloud Manager pipeline orchestration, SLA management, and strategic advisory on AEMaaCS roadmap alignment.
- AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS): Deep expertise in EDS as a strategic delivery paradigm, including EDS-first architecture decisions, integration with enterprise MarTech ecosystems, CDN strategy design, and content governance frameworks.
- AI-Assisted Development: Strategic expertise in integrating GitHub Copilot and Claude into enterprise SDLC processes, including AI-assisted architecture design, governance frameworks for responsible AI code usage, and enabling team-wide productivity uplift through AI toolchain standardisation.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of web content management systems and their architecture.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with integrating AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within AEM environments.
