Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and create detailed job briefs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal database.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer closures.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Required Skills

- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn hiring.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of different industry hiring trends.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
