Diameco India Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Junior Business Development to support our business growth across India and international markets. This is an entry-level growth role for candidates with an IT or technology background who are interested in building a career in B2B sales, business development, and technology solutions. The role provides hands-on exposure to the complete lead-generation process, including market research, prospect identification, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, lead qualification, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and build ICP-based prospect lists for target industries/regions
- Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email and calls under the Team Lead's direction
- Book qualified discovery calls/demos for the Team Lead
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead, activity and follow-up records




- Nurture warm leads until they are sales-qualified and ready to hand off
- Support proposal preparation and first-line client communication

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- IT/Computer Science education or background (degree or diploma) strongly preferred
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in BD, tele-sales, or lead generation
- Basic understanding of the B2B sales process
- Valuable spoken and written English; comfortable on cold calls and outreach messaging
- Target-driven, coachable, and comfortable with repetitive outbound activity

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Any prior exposure to a CRM or outreach tool
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
