Key Responsibilities:
*Lead technical oversight of highway assets and maintenance operations
* Drive asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance strategies
* Ensure compliance with NHAI, IRC, and MORTH standards
* Oversee contract administration, BOQ reviews, and technical evaluations
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders .
* Experience with BOT/HAM/TOT projects
