Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Oversee branch sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry as a Branch Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in managing branches or teams with excellent results in terms of revenue growth, client acquisition, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, including cash handling procedures, compliance regulations, and risk management practices.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
