Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit Promoters / Field Sales candidates through various sourcing channels.

* Field sourcing through walk-ins, references, job groups, colleges, and market visits.

* Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.

* Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.

* Handle bulk/volume hiring and achieve recruitment targets.

* Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment MIS.

* Follow up with selected candidates until joining.





Required Skills:

* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Candidate sourcing and networking.

* Willingness to travel locally for recruitment.

* Target-oriented and proactive approach.

* Ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass
