Qualification: Any Graduate

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer-handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls, emails, or chat, depending on the assigned process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely assistance.
